Meet Donna Rustigian Mac

Donna Rustigian Mac is a business communication expert, national keynote speaker, and executive coach. She partners with individuals and organizations who believe that true prosperity requires the ability to reach financial success while cultivating healthy human connections. One without the other isn’t enough.

Donna’s career spans two distinct but complementary paths. The first half was in media, where she developed the ability to communicate with clarity, presence, and authenticity in live, high-stakes environments.

Since 2008, Donna has been bringing that expertise to her work with leaders, teams, and audiences – guiding them to move beyond outdated communication patterns, while managing nerves, and communicating with confidence, precision, and greater ease.

Donna holds an undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts and Humanities. She’s also pursued advanced study in Social and Organizational Psychology at Leslie University, mindfulness-based approaches through Brown University’s Mindfulness Center, and Negotiation Mastery through Harvard Online. She’s part of the Shri certified teacher class of 2026.

Known for her grounded, practical approach, Donna helps people uncover and strengthen the capabilities already within them. Her ability to recognize and develop untapped potential is a defining strength—and one she brings to every engagement.

Meet Lisa Bernard

Lisa Bernard is a communication coach and trusted advisor who partners with executives and HR leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and organizational alignment. Her work centers on translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable communication that drives performance and fosters strong, connected teams.

With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Lisa brings a deep understanding of how communication shapes culture, engagement, and results. She works alongside leaders and teams to move beyond misalignment and ambiguity—equipping them to communicate with clarity, intention, and impact in high-stakes environments.

Lisa holds a BS in Business Administration and is SHRM-CP certified. She has served on the Rhode Island SHRM Board of Directors since 2021, contributing to both Professional Development and Operations. She is also a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island (Sigma II). Known for her pragmatic and thoughtful approach, Lisa balances empathy with strong business acumen. She empowers leaders to communicate in ways that inspire action, build alignment, and deliver meaningful results—strengthening both organizational performance and the human experience at work.
